Formed in 1997 Hartford NEXT, Inc. (HNXT) is the coalition of Hartford’s 13 Neighborhood Revitalization Zones (NRZs). The coalition/HNXT serves as the collective voice of Hartford residents and stakeholders working to strengthen and grow the Hartford community. Through the Neighborhood Training Institute (NTI), HNXT provides programs to educate and empower the community.

Hartford Pubic Library

Founded in 1904, the Hartford Public Library has served the Upper Albany area for 98 years. Current home to YOUmedia’s main branch of locations; their partnership has resulted in the flourishment of the Albany neighborhood.
